§ MR. BARRIE (Londonderry, N.)To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he will state what action he proposes to take on Sir A. Binnie's Report re the drainage of Lough Neagh and the Bann.
(Answered by Mr. Bryce.) The Report will be considered by the Government as soon as practicable. I am not yet in a position to state what action will be taken upon it.
