I beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury if he is yet in a position to announce the names of the Committee of Inquiry which is to proceed to South Africa, or the terms of the reference for its guidance.

No, Sir, I am not in a position to state the names of the Committee to-day, but I hope to do so shortly.
