LEWIS HASLAM (Monmouth Boroughs)To ask the President of the Board of Education whether he can state where particulars with respect to the provision of free meals to children in the elementary schools in Berlin may be obtained; and, if he has no information by which he is able to answer this Question, will he take means to obtain it.
