† See (4) Debates, clii., 338.1095 of State for the Colonies whether, in view of the incompleteness of the information contained in the volumes of correspondence, he will publish, as a Parliamentary Paper, the telegrams of the Premiers of Australia and New Zealand, and the Resolutions of the Houses of Parliament of Australia, New Zealand, and Cape Colony on the subject of Chinese labour for the Transvaal, and the purport of any similar action taken by any other Colonial Premiers or Colonial Houses of Parliament.

It would be contrary to practice and rule to reprint these Papers.
