HC Deb 12 March 1906 vol 153 c894
MR. BELLAIRS

To ask the Secretary to the Admiralty, whether all the war signal stations in Great Britain are connected to the Admiralty by telephone through their head offices; and, if not, whether it is proposed to do so as soon as possible.

(Answered by Mr. Edmund Robertson) Adequate arrangements are inexistence for direct communication between the Admiralty and all war signal stations in case of mobilisation. Such arrangements can be put into force without delay.
