HC Deb 12 March 1906 vol 153 c929
MR. CATHCART WASON (Orkney and Shetland)

I beg to ask the Postmaster General if he is aware that in many districts in the Highlands and Islands, where the telegraph office is in the merchant's ordinary place of business, it is practically impossible to send a telegram without being overlooked by ordinary customers; and if he will, as far as possible, insist that a certain amount of privacy be ensured.

MR. SYDNEY BUXTON

I am not aware of any general complaint on the subject. I shall be much obliged if the hon. Member will bring to my notice any specific cases which need attention.
