HC Deb 07 March 1906 vol 153 c431
MR. DELANY

To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutentant of Ireland whether he can say if the Estates Commissioners have acquired the untenanted land belonging to the estate of the late Jeremiah Dunne, Aughaboe, Queen's County, which the Laud Judge proposed to dispose of on the 26th February last.

(Answered by Mr. Bryce.) The Estates Commissioners' offer for the purchase of the unsold portion of the estate in question came before the Land Judge on Monday last, when the learned Judge postponed the consideration of the matter for a fortnight in order that he might make a further communication to the Commissioners.
