Resolutions reported from the Select Committee:—

1. "That, in the case of the London Outer Circle Railway Bill, Petition for dispensing with Standing Order 128 in the case of the Petition of the 'London and India Docks Company,' against the Bill, the said Standing Order ought to be dispensed with."

2. "That, in the case of the Metropolitan Water Board Bill, Petition for dispensing with Standing Order 128 in the case of the. Petition of the 'Marquess of Salisbury,' against the Bill, the said Standing Order ought to be dispensed with."

3. "That, in the case of the Romford and District Tramways, Petition for Bill, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with. That the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill."

4. "That, in the case of the London United Tramways, Petition for Bill, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with. That the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill, provided that the powers to construct the Tramways proposed to be authorised be struck out of the Bill. That the Committee on the Bill do report how far such Order has been complied with."

5. "That, in the case of the Heacham Water, Petition for Bill, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with. That the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill."
