§ MR. NAPIER (Kent, Faversham)To ask the Secretary to the Admiralty whether he will state the approximate numbers of men employed and of discharges in consequence of reductions in the Estimates from the 1st of April, 1905, to the 31st January, 1906, in the Royal Dockyards at Portsmouth, Devonport, Chatham, Pembroke, and Sheerness respectively.
