§ MR. FIELD (Dublin, St. Patrick)To ask the President of the Board of Trade whether he will issue instructions and call upon all British insurance companies holding mortgages on Irish land to submit particulars as to these mortgages, the conditions, the amounts, and the rate of interest charged.
