STRAUS (Tower Hamlets, Mile End)To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he can give the House any information on the unsettled state of affairs in Russia; and whether lie could consult the French and German Ambassadors in reference to sending a joint note protesting against the treatment of the Jews in Russia on humanitarian, not religious, grounds.
