§ MR. RUNCIMANWe have no Report from His Majesty's Consul-General at Salonica, but despatches from the British representative on the financial Commission, of which the civil agents are members, will eventually be laid, dealing generally with the administrative situation in the three Vilayets. With regard to judicial reforms, it will be seen from No. 138, Page 99, of Turkey No. 1, 1906, that it was not found possible to invest this Commission with the power of supervising the judicial Administration.
