§ MR. MOND (Chester)To ask the Under-Secretary of State for the Colonies whether his attention has been called to a riot at the Nourse mine on 16th June, caused by 400 Chinese coolies; and whether he can state what was the cause of the attack of these 400 Chinese coolies on the house of the compound manager.
