CAPTAIN CRAIGI beg to ask the Secretary of State for War whether his attention has been called to the fact that a number of circulars have been recently posted in prominent places throughout the North of Ireland calling upon Irishmen to refrain from joining the Army, Navy, or Police forces; and if any steps have been taken to trace the source from which these circulars emanate.
