MR. MACVEIGH (Donegal, E.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether the attention of the Estates Commissioners has been called to the case of James 714 Gallagher, whose father was evicted from his holding on the estate of Andrew Moody, Rockfield, St. Johnston, East Donegal, in 1869; and whether he will direct the Estates Commissioners to send down an inspector to inquire into the matter with a view to reinstating James Gallagher in the farm of his father who died some time ago.
