SMYTH (Leitrim, S.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if the Estates Commissioners have received an application for reinstatement from Patrick Pranty, a tenant who was evicted for non-payment of rent on the Pennyfeather estate at Kilbracken, in the county Leitrim.
