GEORGE WHITE (Norfolk, N.W.)I beg to ask the Postmaster-General whether complaints have reached him regarding telegraphic delays taking place at Terrington, Norfolk, on messages being handed in at Birmingham, Sheffield, Cardiff, and Newcastle on-Tyne; and whether, in view of the repeated official statements that the telegraph work of the country is diminishing, and that the staff is in process of being reduced, he will state the reason of the delays.
