To ask the President of the Local Government Board if he will consider the advisability of issuing an amended Within the Union Boarding out Order, under which a voluntary committee to supervise the children boarded out within the union shall be compulsory, and power be given to pay, where necessary, 5s. per week per child instead of 4s. as at present, thus bringing the Within Order into line with the amended Without Order of December, 1905, and preventing such boarding-out from being a form of out-relief.
