§ MR. MORRELL (Oxfordshire, Henley)To ask Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer whether, having regard to the recommendations made by the Royal Commission on local taxation five years ago and the admitted urgency of this Question, the Government contemplate taking any stops to deal with it.
