HC Deb 16 July 1906 vol 160 c1304
MR. MORRELL (Oxfordshire, Henley)

To ask Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer whether, having regard to the recommendations made by the Royal Commission on local taxation five years ago and the admitted urgency of this Question, the Government contemplate taking any stops to deal with it.

(Answered by Mr. Asquith.) The Question referred to by my hon. friend is engaging the careful attention of the Government.
