HC Deb 11 July 1906 vol 160 cc860-1
MR. GLENDINNING (Antrim, N.)

To ask the Postmaster-General why the messenger from Bally money post office to Balnamore, etc., is detained at the head office twenty-five minutes longer than any other messenger, thereby causing inconvenience to people living on his round; and whether, in view of the necessity for a second delivery on the same round, will he arrange that the messenger, as in other cases shall be allowed the use of a bicycle, and thereby at a trifling cost meet the requirements of this district.

(Answered Mr. Sydney Buxton.) Inquiry is being made on the subject, and I will send the lion. Member a reply in due course.
