I beg to ask the Secretary for Scotland whether he is aware that the last Report of the Fishery Board for Scotland shows that, during the year 1905, the fishing banks of the Moray Firth again proved unproductive; and seeing that this is attributed to the action of foreign trawlers, will he state what progress is being made with the Moray Firth trawling appeal.
