HC Deb 02 July 1906 vol 159 cc1385-6
MR. THOMAS O'DONNELL (Kerry, W.)

To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether an inspector has been sent to inquire into the cases of evicted tenants in Kerry; and, if so, whether he can report any reinstatements.

(Answered by Mr. Bryce.) The Estates Commissioners inform me that one of their inspectors has been inquiring into the cases of evicted tenants in Kerry for some time past, but he has as yet reported no reinstatements as the result of his operations. Negotiations for reinstatement are, however, proceeding in a number of cases.
