HC Deb 27 February 1906 vol 152 c1011
MR. THORNE

To ask the President of the Local Government Board if he will, when drafting the Equalisation of Rates Bill, make it apply to the whole of the Metropolitan Police area.

(Answered by Mr. John Burns.) It is proposed that the Bill should provide for an amendment of The London (Equalisation of Rates) Act, 1894. Hence it must necessarily be limited to the Metropolis.
