To ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether His Majesty's Government have taken any steps, or intend to take any steps, to carry out the unanimous recommendation of the Royal Commission on Supply of Food and Raw Material in Time of War, that a small expert Committee should be appointed to frame a scheme of national indemnity.
