RICHARDS (Wolverhampton, W.)I beg to ask the Secretary to the Admiralty whether, in view of the fact that the maximum rate of pay for bricklayers in Chatham Dockyard, namely, 33s. per week, is 1s. per week less than the maximum obtaining at Portsmouth Dockyard, he will have the maximum at Chatham raised to the same as that at Portsmouth.
