LUTTRELL (Devonshire, Tavistock)To ask the Secretary to the Admiralty whether a battleship and three cruisers were sent from Devonport to Portsmouth for the Collard court-martial in order to comply with the Admiralty regulation that in the port where a court is held the admiral's flag or captain's pennant must be flying; and, if so, whether such regulation could be altered.
