§ MR. VINCENT KENNEDY (Cavan, W.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether the Estates Commissioners, in dealing with estates for sale comprising land held on the eleven months system, observe any rule as to the splitting up of the same amongst the evicted tenants and tenants of uneconomic holdings connected with the particular estate.
MR. BRYCEThe Estates Commissioners inform me that in dealing with any untenanted land which may be acquired by them they pay due regard to the provisions of the Act of 1903, and to the Regulations of the Lord-Lieutenant made under Section 23 of the Act. There are no rules on the subject.
