HC Deb 10 December 1906 vol 166 c1531
MR. GINNELL (Westmeath, N.)

To ask Mr. Attorney-General for Ireland if he will supply a copy of the case or questions on the Crosbie estate upon which the Judicial Commissioner gave his decision last Tuesday.

(Answered by MR. Cherry.) The Estates Commissioners inform me that they understand an appeal will probably be taken in this case, and until the appeal has been heard it would appear to be desirable to treat the ease as sub judice.
