§ MR. BELLAIRS (Lynn Regis)To ask the Secretary to the Admiralty whether, in the published Report of the naval manæuvres, he will include a list of the vessels which were originally designated to take part in the manæuvres, but which were unable to do so, or which parted company from their fleets owing to engine-room troubles or other causes.
