§ MR. ASHLEYI beg to ask the Secretary of State for War whether any decision has been arrived at with reference to permitting Lancer regiments to use the lance as a complement to their present service equipment.
§ MR. HALDANEIt is not proposed to modify the instructions laid down in 574 Army Order 39 of March, 1903, with regard to the use of the lance by Lancer regiments.
