To ask the Secretary of State for War whether he will lay upon the Table the Reports of Sir Frederick Stopford and other Artillery experts referred to by the Under-Secretary of State; and whether the entire approval of the Government's proposals with regard to the reduction of the Artillery expressed by these officers, extended only to the figures or to the principle of the changes.

(Answered by Mr. Secretary Haldane.) The answer to the first part of this Question is in the negative. The answer to the second part is in the affirmative on both points.
