HC Deb 30 April 1906 vol 156 c261
MR. GINNELL (Westmeath, N.)

I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland will the Estates Commissioners suspend payment of price and of bonus to Colonel Malone, of Baronstown, Westmeath, pending the distribution of the untenanted land comprised in it among tenants and others in need of land, and the appointment of trustees chosen by the majority of the users for the purpose of controlling the bog; and will they send an inspector with fresh instructions on these points.

MR. BRYCE

The Estates Commissioners inform me that in this case they had already issued instructions to their inspector to report upon the points referred to in the Question. When the inspector's supplementary report has been received the case will come before the Commissioners for consideration and ruling.
