HALPIN (Clare, W.)To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether the Royal Commission on Coast Erosion applies to Ireland; and, if so, whether it will embrace the embankments protecting slob lands on the tidal rivers, such as the Shannon and the Fergus; and, if not, will he explain for what reason.
