HARMOOD-BANNER (Liverpool, Everton)I beg to ask Mr. Attorney-General whether, in the event of the County Courts (No. 2) Bill becoming law and rules being framed under Section 6, extending the cases in which judgment may be entered up summarily against a defendant, he intends to grant similar powers by rule to the Liverpool Court of Passage, pursuant to the Liverpool Court of Passage Acts, 1893 and 1896, and the recommendations of the Borough Courts Committee.
