HC Deb 15 May 1905 vol 146 c261
MR. SWIFT MACNEILL (Donegal, S.)

To ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether he would consent to the granting of a Return of the titled personages and Ministers of the Crown who have, during the last two years, been fined for the driving of motor-cars to the peril of the safety of the public.

(Answered by Mr. A. J. Balfour.) I am informed that this Return cannot be given without a great deal of trouble, even if it were not an invidious matter to single out a particular class of the community for criticism.
