HC Deb 08 May 1905 vol 145 cc1101-2
Mr. DEPUTY-SPEAKER

informed the House, That the Committee on Group H of Private Bills not being appointed to meet until Thursday next, the parties promoting the Skegness Water Bill, which was set down for consideration on the first day of the meeting of the Committee, had appeared before him and proved that the evidence of Dr. Samuel Rideal, 28, Victoria Street, Westminster, and John Clough Thresh, Chelmsford, was essential to their case, and that their attendance could not be procured without the intervention of the House.

Ordered, That Samuel Rideal and John Clough Thresh do attend the Committee on Group H of Private Bills on Thursday next, at Twelve of the clock.
