Mr. DEPUTY-SPEAKER

informed the House, That the Police and Sanitary Committee being adjourned until tomorrow, the parties opposing the Liverpool Corporation Bill, which was set down for to-morrow, had appeared before him and proved that the evidence of Dr. William Collingridge, Medical Officer of Health for the City of London, Guildhall, E.C., was essential to their case, and that his attendance could not be procured without the intervention of the House.

Ordered, That Dr. William Collingridge do attend the Police and Sanitary Committee Tomorrow, at half-past Eleven of the clock.
