SWIFT MACNEILLI beg to ask the Secretary of State for India whether Lord Kitchener has tendered his resignation of the position of Commander-in-Chief of the Army in India; and, if so, will he say whether that resignation, if accepted, will take effect in July next; and what is the reason of the tender of his resignation of the Indian command by Lord Kitchener.
