Member for Boss and Cromarty, I beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will call for reports from the Metropolitan Police, with a view to ascertain to what extent difficulty is experienced in identifying motorcars at night through the numbers being imperfectly lighted, or wholly or partly obscured.
