To ask the Secretary of State for War if he can state how many times the Sergeant-Major of the Royal Military College, Sandhurst, has made reports to the Commandant against the cadets in training since January 1st this year; and what was the nature of the complaints made.

(Answered by Mr. Secretary Arnold-Forster.)The matters alluded to in the Question are dealt with by the Commandant, with whose discretion I am not prepared to interfere. I cannot, therefore, undertake to give the hon. Member the required information.
