SLOAN (Belfast, S.)To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether his attention has been 1696 called to the publication and free circulation of a work called the "New Ireland Review" by the Department of Agriculture; if he can state the entire cost of this work to the public; and whether, in view of the statements on page 13, he will explain why it should be circulated at the public expense.
