Walsh for the purchase of Inniskea Island, the Congested Districts Board made any inquiry as to the willingness of that gentleman to sell to the Board the main-land portion of his property.

O'KELLYI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he can state the population of the Island of Inniskoa, the number of holdings, the valuation, the number of acres of untenanted land (if any), the amount of the rental upon which the purchase price of the island was based, and the purchase price.
§ MR. WALTER LONGThe population is 289, the number of holdings 55, the valuation £86 5s., the number of acres of untenanted land 69; the rental upon which the purchase price was based £104 5s.; and the purchase price £1,000.
