Member for the Chorley Division of Lancashire, as representing the First Commissioner of Works, whether any design has been prepared for finishing off the blank wall left by the demolition of the two houses in Cockspur Street to make room for carrying the continuation of the Mall through to Charing Cross; and when it is expected that the works for opening out the road opposite to the entrance to Drummond's Bank will be commenced.
