§ MR. WEIRI beg to ask the Lord-Advocate whether special water supply districts in the Highland crofting counties which have been formed under the Public Health Acts since The Agricultural Rates (Scotland) Act, 1896, was passed, will be brought within the scope of the Act when it is renewed.
