HARWOOD (Bolton)I beg to ask the Under-Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether the treaties which it is alleged compelled us to undertake the expeditions into the interior of Somaliland will be considered as abrogated now that it has been decided to undertake no more such expeditions, and, by restoring arms to the tribesmen, to return to the condition before these treaties were agreed upon.
