§ MR. O'DOWD (Sligo, S.)To ask Mr. Attorney-General for Ireland whether the town of Boyle, situate on the King-Harman Estate, recently sold under the Land Act of 1903, has been included in the general terms of sale to the tenants, both urban and rural, and that these terms have been ratified by the Estates Commissioners; and, if so, will he state what action will be taken in regard to the case of Ballymote, on the Gore Booth Estate, similar in all respects to that of Boyle.
