§ MR. T. W. RUSSELLI beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury whether, under Section 23, Sub-section 14, of the Irish Land Act, 1903, instructions have been given to the Estates Commissioners under that Act to make one of the periodical Reports authorised by the section; and, if so, when these instructions were given; and if the form of the Report was prescribed.
