§ MR. HARMSWORTH (Caithnessshire)To ask the Lord-Advocate, as representing the Secretary for Scotland, if he can state when the Report of the Commission of Inquiry into the Depression of the Fishing Industry in Sutherland and Caithness will be issued.
(Answered by Mr. Scott Dickson.) I am not able to give the exact date when the Report in question will be issued, but the Secretary for Scotland has been in communication with the chairman, and there will be no avoidable delay.
