REA (Gloucester)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he will lay upon the Table the correspondence which passed between His Majesty's Government and the Government of the Dominion of Canada with reference to the assumption of the cost and responsibility of garrisoning Halifax and Esquimalt by the Canadian Parliament.
