HC Deb 29 June 1905 vol 148 cc550-1
MR. SCOTT-MONTAGUmemberconstituency> (Hampshire, New Forest)

On behalf of the hon. Baronet the Member for West Edinburgh, I beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury if he will put down for an early date the Vote for the Office of Works, in order to enable the House to discuss the question of the inclusion of electric carriages in the Order which excludes motor vehicles from Hyde Park between four p.m. and seven p.m.

MR. A. J. BALFOUR

This must depend on the other claims on the time of the House, and I suspect that, however important this subject be, it may be crowded out by other subjects more important—or more important, that is to say, in the general view of the House.
